Week 7 Photo Challenge

Greetings, Teens!

Looking for another way to earn raffle tickets - try the Teen Department's Weekly Challenges.  Each week there will be a photo challenge that you may do to earn a raffle ticket. 

To get your raffle ticket - simply upload your photo to our Facebook page.  You may find us on Facebook at Bristol Library - YA Department.  (FYI - you also get a raffle ticket for liking us on Facebook).  If you don't have a Facebook page, you may also send your picture to me via email at bristolyalibrary@gmail.com.  If you aren't a fan of technology, just bring your finished product down to the Library and show me.

For Week 7, take a picture of you with your favorite book.  Be creative!  This challenge will earn you one raffle ticket.

This week's Craft Challenge is Sharpie tie-dye.  Use and old t-shirt, sharpies, and rubbing alcohol and make a fabulous new tee!  This week's challenge will earn you 2 raffle tickets.

For Week 6, our theme is "bloom."  Take a picture of something in bloom, about to bloom or even post-bloom.

This week's Craft Challenge is to make a name sculpture.  Simply cut the letters of your name out of a sturdy paper, decorate, and make vertical!  This project will earn you 2 raffle tickets.

This week's Craft Challenge is to make a pipe cleaner ninja.  This requires a few special supplies but feel free to improvise with what you have. This will earn you 1 raffle ticket for each ninja you do.

This week's Craft Challenge is Sharpie Cup Art and it's super easy.  Just take a Sharpie and a paper or styrofoam cup and make some cool designs.  This will earn you 1 raffle ticket for each cup you do.

This week's Craft Challenge is to make a tissue paper star.  Super decorative!  This is a pretty advanced craft - lots of folding - so, I'm going to give you 2 raffle tickets for completing it.
